Thank you Boz for this comment as well as one you made last week. For those that may not remember, Boz made his feeling about my sexual preference quite clear years ago with some pretty nasty comments about me. But he has come to realize, something I have always said....what does that have to do with anything on a gambling forum? And putting that, what should be a non-issue aside, he can see clearly without that bias, clouding every comment. I really commend you for that Boz.

I don't know if Rob can embarrass himself any more than he already has after the Newell and fake jackpot incidents, but his 'support' of this Turtle fella after being one of the first to call out his claims as bullshit, is not only really small of Rob, but shows just what an idiot he is. He should be ultra embarrassed, but of course he isn't.

Do you know how it came to be that people on forums know or first knew I was gay? I didn't post it for no reason as people think. It was at the original blackjackinfo forum that I was on. I lived in Philly, but played blackjack in Atlantic city 5 days a week at the time. I attended the Gay pride festival in the neighborhood I lived in and Ceasar's Entertainment had a booth, giving away keychains and stuff. At that time Harrah's Atlantic City also had a gay themed brunch thing on Sundays at the swimming pool area.

So I made a comment about how the Evil Empire seemed to be catering to the gay community, which probably was a sound business decision as there is a lot of disposable income in the gay community. Upon making that rather innocent post, a member of the forum, who is over at WoV currently asked if I was gay. I responded that I was as I had long vowed never to hide in the closet and lie about that.

And then the attacks started and followed me to every forum. I don't care. I can handle that. Nobody can say anything anti-gay that I haven't heard before, as far back as high school. It's just that it should have been a non-issue on forums that are about gambling and blackjack. And on this forum there are clearly a number of very homophobic people, some APs that have chosen to pretend not to believe me because I am gay, despite that I have way more than proven I know what the fuck I am talking about on the subjects of things I do. But whatever. Like I always say, people can believe in the Easter bunny, Jack from the beanstalk and that the earth is flat, if it somehow makes them feel better.

Calling someone "gay" in a derogatory or negative way is homophobic because you use implied sexual orientation as an insult, which implies that being gay is bad or wrong.

Thank you (somewhat) for most of those comments jdaewoo. There is a reason why most of what I share about what I do, "tracks".

But at the same time, lets not get carried away with the "admitted mediocre AP". I think I am a good AP. I just have chosen to remain playing mostly blackjack (card counting) which I know you and many APs look down on. But along the way I have done a number of other things in a supplemental role, including mail. We (my partner and I) didn't do multi-carding with 100 accounts or anything, but we had 3-4 accounts at most of the places giving good mail for 8-9 years until my partner passed. It was a good supplemental play for us for many years.

I have explained my view on hole-carding. I did some in AC for a short time and again a little bit solo after I moved to Vegas. But just didn't much care for it. Didn't care for winning that way. Not illegal. Not cheating, I just didn't care for it. I cast no aspersions on those that did hole-carding and did well.

Plus, I moved to Las Vegas to count cards after having worn out my welcome in Atlantic City. I liked blackjack, counting cards and winning by that means. Still do, although after 20+ years it is starting to be a little less enjoyable. I don't jump out of bed on the weekend days I now play and say "oh great, I get to play blackjack today/tonight.".

Really I try not to judge anyone and try to treat everyone fair, until they start with me. All I really ask is if someone is telling some fantastical gambling stories, at the very least have the math work, along with how the casino industry really works. I don't want any magic potions, or "special plays". I don't want someone claiming they are rainman. And I don't want someone telling me they win millions, receive no counter-measures and the casinos and personnel love them for it. In other words, I don't want someone pissing on my leg and telling me it is raining.

kewlJ, the problem is here that you can't cast yourself as a serious poster if you are going to tell major lies to back up other stories. Even if the original stories are true, once you resort to lying in order to convince doubters that these things really happened, you've killed your own credibility.

You want your claims and stories to be taken at face value. Once you're caught fibbing, it's hard to achieve that.

I will admit that I am very puzzled regarding what is the actual truth with you.
