What I can't get is no one seems to understand COMPLIANCE! I foolishly walked barefoot down a major highway on my daily 3-4 mile walks because my feet were covered in poison ivy blisters. IMMEDIATELY I was surrounded by patrol cars, ID checked, reports ran, and searched. I could have resisted because of my so-called "rights". In the end, it was better having the police joke about my absent mindedness and have a good laugh at my expense.
