I don't know much about the background check stuff. I think the only time I asked for one to be used is when my friend died so I could contact his estranged family.

from what you are saying, the ones you pay for that are available to the general public are not completely accurate?

I would assume that theres a big difference in someone doxing their name and address but if they didn't give out their SS number and someone happen to have it, passing that around would be a shitty thing to do.
