Okay, so a lot to address here.
Firstly, basement? Resorts World Aqueduct is setup like Golden Nugget in AC or Ocean Resorts AC. You go through a small first floor vestibule onto an escalator to the second floor where the gaming is. Last time I thought of basements by definition you didn't take an escalator to one. Perhaps you were just using the phrase?
Which brings us to sucking cock as a phrase. Personally when I think of a Blackhole, it's either a stellar spatial location or a dude bending over and spreading his cheeks exposing his Blackhole. Since you asked for your cock to be sucked I think we can assume which one you are.
Now onto Resorts World being a shithole.
Resorts World Aqueduct does not have any of the following:
Shows
Fancy upscale dining
Concerts (beyond a few locals bands)
Spas
Shopping outlets (a gift shop that's pitiable)
Hotel (they are building one, I don't think it's open yet)
If sans all that you believe it's a shithole then I ACTUALLY AGREE WITH YOU.
There is only one purpose to visiting Resorts World Aqueduct and that's to gamble.
But for Christ sake, it's in the middle of NYC! If you can't find shopping, shows, dining and hotels in NYC I suggest it's you who are the shithole.
Now here is where we get to the real irony of your original statement.
You said you don't see how such a shithole could possibly be AP'able. I now amend my reply that being a shithole has nothing to do with AP. Under your definition it has everything to do with comps AP except you are too stupid as usual to realize it's the opposite of what you were stating.
You see if you gamble at Resorts World Aqueduct here is what you will NOT be comped:
Shows
Fancy upscale dining
Concerts
Shopping
Spas
Hotel stay
Get it! The only thing of true value to get comped is Freeplay you dumbass.
And Resorts World Aqueduct gives plenty of freeplay.
Of course your dumbass didn't even get a player card. You are precisely the player that could get good comps and keep them (AP of comps there today will result in your card becoming a coffee table coaster after just one day use)
