Technically no. Because after $50k was breached I said escrow would be necessary. He claimed to have arranged something with Nersesian for $700k. But we all know, except for the hobo, how that turned out.

I was however willing to bet whatever he could have mustered up. But we now know any future entertaining such bullshit us a complete waste of time. Except the hobo and coach dumbass think Singer's still in the game.....RIP
