I can't imagine being a billionaire and just jumping into some rig that some guy says is "safe" and "effective".
But that's just me.

Also, from what I looked up with two seconds on google, you can buy a submarine for 15 million dollars.
I'm pretty sure a Billionaire could afford that.
I guess a luxury submarine costs about 100 Million.
That's a little steep, even for a Billionaire.
