You told me you have a good source for looking information about people up. So look up my real name and see what you find. I have bought and owned 2 condos and 2 houses in my 13 years in Vegas.

I bought a condo at auction in 2009. When I sold that, I bought a house in Summerlin. Then I bought a second house in the same development which I rented out for a year. I decided I didn't want to get into that landlord thing as an investment so I sold that. When my partner passed away, I sold my main house and bought my current condo.

Each and every one of these properties was in my name only!! the current condo owned by me and my brother and is currently listed as an investment trust, to avoid prying eyes. But when it was purchased, it was in my name only, just like every other property I have owned. Look it up like you did Singer.
