Wynn has a fairly simple tier rewards system.

Red is the entry card.

Platinum and Black are the only two earned statuses. Black is top.

Here's the program description: https://www.wynnlasvegas.com/wynn-rewards

They are doing a status match until May 31, and you get all of the perks listed for each of the cards. Details here: https://www.wynnlasvegas.com/wynn-rewards/tier-upgrade

Unlike the fairly stingy match requirements at Fountainebleu, Wynn doesn't require much to get to their middle Platinum tier.

Here's what gets you Wynn Platinum:

Caesars Platinum/Diamond/Diamond Plus/Diamond Elite
MGM Gold and Platinum
Stations President and Chairman
Venetian/Palazzo Ruby and Diamond
Genting (Resorts World) Rewards Monarch
Fontainebleau Silver and Gold

Here's what gets you Wynn Black:
Caesars Seven Stars
MGM Noir
Genting (Resorts World) Imperial
Fontainebleau Royal

Platinum gets you a Holland America cruise in an Oceanview stateroom. Not sure what is involved in getting that upgraded to a balcony (verandah) stateroom, which is what you'd really want.

Black gets you a balcony stateroom, and you can also take up to a 12-day cruise.

There is a "birthday dinner" credit of $150 for Platinum and $300 for Black, but not sure what happens if you're like me, and your birthday already passed this calendar year.

You do get $100 spa credit for Platinum, and $200 for Black.

I believe they made a mistake allowing Caesars Platinum to match to Wynn Platinum. Caeasars Platinum is very easy to achieve, and in fact you can get it by signing up for the Caesars Rewards credit card (though that only lasts one year). I believe the military and veterans can also get complimentary Caesars Platinum. This is definitely the easiest path to Wynn Platinum.

The MGM equivalent to Caesars Platinum is Pearl, but that doesn't get you anything here.

Notably absent is the Mirage/Hard Rock program.
