Anyway, Resorts obviously knew the cost. IIRC, Caesars paid Celine Dion more than ticket revenues, but their casino win was hundreds of thousands of dollars higher per night. People who spend hundreds of dollars on Celine Dion tickets can afford to lose a few thousand at the tables. Katy Perry fans probably go to bars or nightclubs after the show.
