Married couples typically buy homes in both names for shared ownership, easier financial management, and simpler inheritance, using joint tenancy or community property. Sometimes one name is used for creditor protection or credit score reasons, though both are often still on the mortgage and deed for security.
This does not serve as documentation that one or the other provided all, some, or any of the funds necessary for the purchase.
Ownership of property, and terms of purchase is evidently a matter of public record...at least according to tewlj it is.
I'm not aware that information about the purchase of his house would necessarily include financial information and involve both Mr Dietz and his late wife.
Mr V...an issue such as this would likely be in your wheelhouse...what say you?
In any case, tewlj had no problem disclosing that Singer was domiciled at an address of a home listed as owned by his daughter & her husband...but he is claiming that he's uncomfortable disclosing similar info about redietz.
Of course he doesn't have the info that he claims to have. After all, next Halloween is still 10 months away.
