So... you haven't played at all in 2014, have no history at this particular casino, admit to already being overcomped, and now you feel that you are entitled to guarantees based on your history? Come on Dan, get real.

And as far as the host not going out on a limb but some other department could... the host realizes his job is on the line and he has orders to follow. Some phone operator doesn't see your history in the computer.
