I usually don't hold K-10 suited. However, in the first case it was a progressive so in that case I do. In the second I was playing Ultimate X where the straight and flush are so valuable that I sometimes, but not always, keep K-10. I didn't even realize until you pointed it out that they were both K-10.

That is an odd symbol at the bottom of the diamond royal. The casino is Horseshoe Indiana. I have had a credit line for 35 years with Caesars and its predecessors with not even one late payment and it really pissed me off that they would temporarily close it when they just first requested the updated account info on June 22. The ladies at the Horseshoe stood on their heads to try to accommodate me. But all credit goes through Vegas now. I couldn't even get anyone there that could speak English, and that includes supervisors. In the meantime, I tied up one cashier the entire time and the lines for the other cashier were out of control. But they don't even have an office there that we could have moved to. They brought the phone to me at the cage.

The people in Vegas showed no concern that a good customer was expressing dissatisfaction and threatening to take his business elsewhere. And while the women at Horseshoe really tried, nobody even offered a free buffet which you get anyway for 1/2 hour of play at any level.

It just ain't what it used to be at Caesars!!!!!
