The vast majority of "real" jobs are quite routine. Not really different than what these types of payers are doing. Not sure why you are against one kind of routine and not other kinds. In fact, even finding a consistent advantage, as I did back when I spent my winters in Vegas, still results in a routine to milk that advantage.
