What I am going to do is sit at a blackjack table and see if while sitting in the chair and turning in the seat (not turning the chair) I have a view of the cards or where the cards would be on any other blackjack table.

Frankly, Unless I am a very tall person (I'm really 5' 10") I doubt my eye level is going to allow me to see the exposed cards on any other table. A photo taken at my eye level will show me and the others if it is possible.
