Determined that 203YB is the rare and 206YE is the semi-rare.

199XD is the rare, 200XE is the semi-rare.

190VE is the rare, 189VD is the semi-rare.

Only thing left to determine is which of 207 & 209 is the rare/semi-rare.

I have a 209ZC, so semi-rare?
