Yes, the N0 (long-term) for a single deck game with decent rules (no 6:5 blackjack payout) would be less than 6 decks, all other things being equal.

BUT, I am not sure it is because of what you are thinking...being due to more cards available to draw. It has more to do with the higher IHA (initial house advantage) of 6 decks vs single deck.

I don't know, maybe it is related. I am above my pay grade here and just sort of thinking out loud.
