Now let's get back to this Rob Singer character and his "anonymous" rant. This story (that started this thread) is exactly why AP's play anonymously and participate anonymously on forums (at least those AP's that choose to participate). We have a whole industry trying to stop us and an entire new industry OSN, biometrics and various other database companies and consultant companies that are playing off the casino industries paranoia. We have to play anonymously and should we decide to participate we have to do so anonymously. We HAVE to protect ourselves at all costs.


The fact that Mr Rob Singer / Harry Argentino doesn't seem to know and understand this is unequivocal proof that he has no clue of advantage play and winning money from the casino industry. His entire claim and elaborate story is fraudulent....nothing but a hoax.

And for those that need further proof let me remind you of a few quotes from the owner of this very forum, Dan Druff.

Rob, you realize that what you're claiming is virtually impossible, right?
If you play a certain number of -EV video poker hands, it is just about mathematically impossible, barring an absolute miracle of luck, to come out ahead.
The only way you can come out ahead in -EV video poker (ignoring club promotions) is to get some fluke big hit and then barely play again for life.

I should give Alan and Rob a lesson in math here.
The "long run" isn't as long as you think, when it comes to gambling.

Getting back to Rob and video poker.
While numbers like "99% return" and "101% return" sound insignificant, they're actually not.
After a relatively small number of hands, the luck will flatten out. You can't play an extended period of time at 99% return and win, and you can't play an extended period of time at 101% (provided you're playing correctly).

But 10 years of regular or semi-regular play resulting in $1,000,000 profit?
That's as absurd as seeing 18 yos in a row. Except the difference is that I believe Alan believes he saw 18 yos in a row, but just saw something incorrectly. Rob knows he didn't win a million, but he uses it to troll APs here.

Dan Druff isn't on any "side". He isn't out to get Rob/Harry. He is just a reasonably grounded person (bad forum owner/manager) but reasonably grounded intelligent person, grounded in basic mathematics.

I don't know why we have to repeatedly be subject to this nut jobs ridiculous claims, that are mathematically unrealistic and even impossible, but as long as we do, I feel obligated to periodically reprint Dan Druff's quotes.
