I didn't pay the bills for it so not sure who it was thru. I think it may have been instant checkmate or something like that. Probably cost a person $20 or so.
Almost all those places are similar. They all show court records, property records, criminal records, liens, judgements, past residences, current residences, past employers, phone numbers, et. al.
