I don't play online.
I did play poker actually, on and off during that decade or so hiatus, at a "free" site (you start with a free roll and then, and I won so many chips I started selling them monthly to other players). Was making decent money at it too. But when I started playing in Vegas again in 2018, I sold all the rest of my chips and stopped playing.
Many of us speculated as to whether the site I played on was legit. It seemed like the algorithm was beyond the range of what would be expected...people were getting ace flushes versus full houses where the river kept completing both hands, all the time, and other close hands constantly where it seemed just too implausible to be pure blind luck. Anyway, for whatever reason I won consistently, but it appeared that it could have been rigged to make the hands seem more exciting.
In any case no, I don't trust online.
