I gave someone a giftcard, as a result of a failed Lottery Bet(He didn't even ask for it in the first place, he was just on the list of people I said I would pay if I failed the Lottery bet) and he hasn't used it and very deeply implied he didn't want it and was like,"I don't even visit the place that gift card is for and didn't ask for that gift card on the first place!" So, should I just use it on nyself since I do sometines visit that place?

Why don't you just ask that person? If they're on another forum you can't access, simply ask someone here to contact them. Assuming you don't ever get an answer, If the gift card has some kind of monthly maintenance fee or whatever, then I suggest you go ahead and use it with the intentions of paying it all back if they should ask for it in the future. Not sure why you needed a thread to ask this question?

I'm not sure if they still allow monthly maintenance fees or whatever they call it. Perhaps it's just yearly now? I remember it was a very predatory business at one time. I still can't fathom how New Jersey online casinos are getting away with that BS.
