You can't use re-usables anymore. Even if you are only buying a small amount of groceries, always use a shopping cart and then bag your groceries outside with re-usables in your jacket pockets or that are in your car. The densely populated parts of California are run by Nazis. For example, several counties now require masks unless you're just going for a walk/jog or you are in your car alone.
