Good question Mr Boz. Please rank for me the "essential function" of all of these job categories.

Are casino workers as essential as truck drivers delivering food?

Are casinos as essential as supermarkets?
It’s not about essential, if we are going to move forward with the economy people are going to have to go back to work. Not sure why you think they are special. Casinos need to get open, sports need to get back, car dealerships need to open, amusement parks need to open or we are looking at 20-25% Unemployment.

But if you want to make it essential, I would say casinos and other businesses are essential if the state wants to collect taxes. Hard to provide the services they do without tax revenue. Very few stories have been written on how low the revenues will be for March and April. In PA sales tax is due tomorrow for March, I can only imagine the shortfall.
