Yes there are mortgages on the two houses I bought over here--they refinanced them both so they could buy and build in Minn. & Wisconsin. (If you know the Phx. area market nothing is upside down. Just another error or something he made up. You think he wants to report good things? ) And there's another one coming. I live in one for $0 which was all that I asked for after buying them. The other is a vacation rental property. The Wisc. and coming house will be vacation rental properties too. That's their plan to retire early someday.
