Your basal metabolic rate is somewhere around 2200 calories/day. If you're at 250 or so pounds. It will decrease to around 2000 as you lose down to the 220 pound range.

It all comes down to every 3500 calories off the base rate making you one pound lighter. Sounds easy but the shit is hard if you like to eat. I like eating and I like big meals. It's actually amazing how little food you actually need once you realize how this all directly works together. Especially when you are someone that spends a lot of time sitting at machines for an occupation.

50 pounds in 90 days seems aggressive. I kind of think 6 months is more ideal for that. Otherwise you'll probably burn yourself out. Unless you incorporate copious amounts of exercise into the program. Which will allow you to eat more.

Anyhow this is interesting.
I plan to start getting more serious about the exercise.
I'd be at the Gym if they didn't have so many rules and they had the Locker Rooms, Steam Room, Sauna and Whirlpool opened.
What bothers me is they are going to expect their annual due payment in full and on time.
Not that it is a big deal as I pay 110 for the year for 2 separate gym memberships but I haven't gone since March 2020.
I have about another 5 to 6 weeks to wait to get my Concept 2 Rowing Machine.
I bought a basketball but all the 24 hour fitness courts are closed.
So I will play some by myself outside when the weather cools down to burn some calories as well.
I agree that 50 pounds in 90 days probably does my body more harm than good.
I find it interesting how I have been creeping up in caloric intake.
The first 20 days I had no problem going low.
In the last 9 days I have been losing some self control and eating more.
Perhaps that is my body telling me that I need more protein, fat and calories.
When I play machines it is the easiest thing for me though as I hardly think about eating.
I have my mind right though so that it is the important thing as I am dedicated to change my eating behavior.
I too love to eat lol.
That kind of goes with the Vegas Lifestyle.
