I did get some promotional chips since returning to play in 2018. It's been a year so I had forgotten, and it was only $400. I wrote about it here in December 2019.

I asked my host where I am right now about getting some. He texted that since opening, they have given them out only twice for special event winnings. I don't know whether he meant since opening period or since re-opening this year (I assume the latter, but maybe not), but anyway he says that things have changed and they have some new offers this year, including another promo in November and he'll see if I am eligible. Returning in November though after being here for weeks seems a little too soon however.

When the host comps incidentals that were charged to the room, do the charges show up in the debit column on your folio by date, with the host's corresponding credit to cover the charges posted on the bottom of the folio at the end of the stay?

Or do the room charges that were comped not even show up on the folio?

Food and beverage charges that are comp'ed off disappear other than the tip signed to the room. If you tip in cash, the entire charge disappears.
