My point is this...if the maker clearly lists reasonable terms, and the bettor declines to cooperate, then that should not reflect unfavorably on the maker.
But that's what happened to you, and that's what's happening here.
Requiring the bettor to call, or email, or identify himself are not unreasonable.
Refusing to cooperate with the terms disqualifies the bettor, and it's not the maker's fault.
