Is that how that works?
I should probably look it up but not too worried about it.
I thought that if you never had Chickenpox it makes you more susceptible to catching the Shingles.
I don't know too much about it.
The last I remember actually talking about it was when David Letterman had a bad case of the Shingles and talked about it on air.
This makes me want to Breathe more and jump in an Ice Bath!
I've been messing with the breathing but haven't hallucinated from it yet.
I was making odd movements with my hands and arms actually hugging myself for about 5 minutes once while holding my breath.
I couldn't help thinking to myself: "I must be turning into a Fag." (Movie Line Quote from Factotum 2005)
I do enjoy the cold showers though.
Next step is to buy a Stock Tank.
It may be the case that catching Shingles is more likely if you never had the Chicken Pox (sans the Shingles vaccine). It's nice that the Shingles vaccine confers some protection against the Chicken Pox, but of course getting a Chicken Pox vaccine would be the best protection. It's possible I had the Chicken Pox and simply don't remember (i.e. got it as an infant), or had a very mild case and just didn't know it.
