Looks like I was unwittingly booted off WOV for a week due to claiming that this bet would bankrupt you.
AxelWolf: Anyway...I read what you wrote over at WOV. It's irrelevant. Are you changing your story now and saying that my stock trades are all genuine but that they are not my own? Besides the absurdity of that concept - what difference would it make if MDawg or MickeyMouse showed up at the Wizard's house? If you're saying that my trades are genuine, then just say so. If they are fake or simulated, then you will win the bet whether MDawg or MickeyMouse shows up at the Wizard's house.
As far as this:

if you are ready to proceed I will have the check drawn to any name you choose and send you an image of it - BUT, at the same time I will give you a name and you will draw your check to the name I choose. I want to see your check the same day I message you with an image of my check. You may take that image of my cashier's check to my bank it is genuine.
The reason I wrote it up as <<payable to whomever...designate>> is so that you understand that this is not some ploy to get your real name, nor will you get my real name out of this until the day we actually show up and proceed with the bet. Just give me an associate's name and I will give you one of my minion's name for the check. Then when we show up I don't really care to know your real name anyway, but if it is disclosed it will be protected by the NDA we must sign at the Wizard's.
We are talking about cashier's checks. That would be a serious felony to forge something like that, I would never even consider such a thing. And, in Nevada, isn't drawing an instrument with NSF a felony, especially for a quarter million? I'm surprised that you would even think along those lines. Which a cashier's check is not a regular check, there is no "NSF" aspect to it, you know that.
And as well, once the wager is concluded I will go with you to my bank to make sure the cashier's check is cashed, if you win, and you must go to your bank with me to make sure your check is cashed if you lose.
I gave serious thought to this. I want to do it. This is a well thought out, careful wager. No games.
Anyone over at WOV who thinks about the way I wrote this out, will understand the above. AW keeps saying that my trades as posted with screenshots are fake or simulated. My wager is to prove that they are all genuine.
