Go through "TheBigJackpot's" YouTube videos to see if he hits any $10k+ at Cosmo and see how they handle it.
I'm not saying they are acting logical. Just that hard rock management has interpreted the situation to want to avoid possible issues.
Example:
Hard Rock AC you can have more than $3000 in a slot machine (can't insert it but if you have $2900 and win $1000 you will have $3900 playable
Tropicana if you have $2900 and win $1000 spin the slot Will lock up and require a hand pay for the amount over ($900 in this case)
Ceasars I believe is in the middle. You can't have $3000+ in the slot so in the above scenario you would get a voucher printed for the difference (it's been awhile since I had that happen so maybe it's different now)
These are all based on reporting issues. For example, if you go to the post office and purchase over $3000 in money orders Federal law is they have to get your ID, take your photo and file a report (happened to me a month ago so trust me).
It's no coincidence that $3000 and $10,000 are the magical numbers. And casino staff are just trying to interpret and avoid issues as they see fit
He Who Brays Like A Jackass is apparently in Las Vegas as this is written.
Which casino?
A forum sleuth, armed with that info, could stake the place out and look for him; should be easy to spot as he'd be the guy who never loses, wears multiple Swiss watches on one arm, and takes his chips away from the table in a wheel barrow.
When you make yourself out to be god, mere mortals can only worship, obey, and quake in fear.
Or not: be thankful for the atheists.
What, Me Worry?
Maybe I'll have my butler contact my pilot to ready my Learjet 75 Liberty for a quick jaunt to sin city: I understand there's a pest problem that needs handling.
On second thought I'll alert my chauffeur and take the Bentley: that way I can catch some good ZZZZZZ's along the way, at least when I'm not getting blown by starlets, eating caviar and snorting Peruvian flake.
*pop*
Whoa, what a strange dream; almost as strange as that ongoing work of fiction some attention-whoring asshat continues to foist upon the forums.
