One's opinion as to the inherent "goodness" or 'worthiness" of blacks has nothing to do with the issue at hand which is the republicans intentionally enacting legislation designed to prevent them from voting.

Be nice if the USSC weighed in on the issue.

Seems pretty obvious what their purpose in enacting the legislation is.
