Leroy's mama can't sign his absentee ballot for him when he's in jail for stealing chickens under the new law, nor will people who are too lazy, too shiftless to get a new ID after losing their license for DWI / DWS be able to vote.

Actually the better question is this: What proof exists that there was a NEED to change the existing voting law in Georgia?

There are magnitudes more poor whites than poor blacks. To think that poor blacks AREN'T mentally capable of getting ID while poor whites ARE is racist.
