Even if recording the average bet were a part of the terms - it is not - the only accurate way to decide this wager is to track from the point of view of a pit boss, i.e. the same as any pit boss would track play. It's just obvious you, and most anyone else commenting on this including AxelAss, have little or no table game experience, and certainly not for high end Baccarat.
Are you betting huge stacks of green and red chips?

You look at the color of the chips, you count how many chips there are of each color...the bet either wins or loses. It sounds like you pay all Banker commissions at the end, so that can be subtracted from the final tally.

I'm sorry, but the notion that an actuary could not track the chips switching sides on pen and paper is absurd.
