It could be as the Governor ups the capacity (80% as of May 1) more rooms will be free to occupy. Currently, they are at 50% and that is the working number for future reservations. I would not be surprised if ElDiablo has a formula that allots so many comped rooms for 7 Stars and so many paid reservations and then reduce by 50 %.
