Honestly, MDawg brought this on himself, but being doxed may have its perks. Odds are that, from a purely gambling perspective, The Boz sending letters may have helped MDawg.
The reason I say it may have helped MDawg is that odds are that MDawg has actually taken a beating over the years gambling. I could see some hosts getting the heads up that their client, so-and-so, is posting outrageous fiction about winning online on all these forums and has recruited an online fan club to help him out. Well, hosts would have to be pleased with that -- maybe the MDawg persona could lead some forum readers/gamblers to want to meet the Dawg and hook up with the same hosts. All the fairy tales are good for the casino business in general, so MDawg is doing hosts and managers a favor with his narratives. If anything, upon learning of "The Adventures of MDawg," hosts should be motivated to give the Dawg even more comps and better rooms, which can make their way into the narratives (with photos to boot).
The most likely outcome is that MDawg being doxed boosts his comps and the quality of his rooms. Of course, when his nom de plume gets attached to his real name, he's going to look like a whack job to his non-casino associates and family members, but that's the price of being the lead Dawg.
