Ya know something else. I even gave Mr Po-Tater-head my surefire winning NFL game pick last Thursday night. The Eagles +6.5 against Tampa Bay. Not because it was the Eagles, but whenever a game looks too good to be true...bet the other way. It took a backdoor cover that should have never happened and an inexplicable 2 point conversion, making it a 6 point game instead of 7. But in the end, what looked to be the sure thing Tampa - 6.5 didn't cover (28-22). The games that look like a sure thing never are.Originally Posted by jbjb
My thanks from Potater boy. He made fun of the Eagles losing. I didn't lose. I won. And I gave it to him before the game. At his level of betting he could have won himself a "kewl" 10 bucks and sprung for a happy meal, which would have been a nice chance from the soup kitchen.
