Normally I would say he'd have to associate Nevada counsel with him, but that presents two potential issues:
First, given his seemingly shittly legal pedigree is he even allowed to appear in a Nevada court even if he has Nevada counsel vouching for him pro hac vice?
Second, douchedawg may be willing to work for free but someone will need to pay the filing fee, the service fee, and the likely exhorbitant fee charged by any Nevada attorney who is associated on the case.
Conclusion: Alan will not sue, and douchedawg is just a yapping hound without teeth.
