I've operated for 45 years with an absolutely pristine reputation. I've never even exaggerated anything I've done in any presentation in ads, in person, on forums. It has been 45 years of Dragnet facts. So when I say that nobody has ever solicited via phone for me, that is the unabashed truth. I'm 64 years old. I don't really care if I win one cent for this or that. I've set aside 20k that I'm willing to donate in pursuit of truth, and when that's used up, I'll reconsider the situation. Odds are, I'll continue.

I'm not interested in "winning money." I'm interested in getting the facts straight. My word is sacrosanct in this business. I am settled in to pursue this in a measured, precise fashion for years, and that is what I will do. I am going to appeal to Todd Witteles to provide a physical address once again. Otherwise, I will post the pertinent information publicly, both here and at Poker Fraud Alert.

Interestingly, the legal waivers one signs at PFA, I did not sign here when I joined under Alan Mendelson.

I can appreciate everything you just said, redietz. I feel exactly the same way. Yes, I use a handle KewlJ instead of my real name. Most AP's do and everyone understands why. BUT, in the AP community, especially here in Las Vegas, which is really a small town dynamic (especially the AP part), many AP, knew my name and who I am even before I was recently doxxed. And many more might not have known me by real name but knew my face. THAT is the way it works!

I was warned a long time ago, that participating on these forums was detrimental and possibly very damaging for an AP. This is real damage. Financial as well as to reputation. An Ap's reputation is everything. I know for a fact that a number of AP's have sort of backed away from me over the years. I am not the kind of AP's that teams up and participates in plays with other AP's, but I know for a fact some that would not have an interest because of things said about me on forums. At least one TOP AP here in Vegas has stood by me though. He is a funny guy, critical of me many times, but when I have needed a little help he has been there offering a play that he isn't playing or a bit of team play.

You have no idea the well meaning friends that have given me the "I told you so" over the past few months.

That forums make you sign not to hold them responsible is very telling. And not to single Shackleford out but his behavior with the Mdawg situation has made it clear none of these guys, even once respected Math and AP guys have little interest in the truth now. They care about the number of view at their site every day. And as long as that is the case, then the truth ceases to exist. We all live in Mdawg, or Rob Singer's fantasy world.
