They don't have matchups, goalie matchups, different ice, back to backs, travel time, coaches, front office, GMs, heavy teams vs speed teams... etc.etc.??
They don't have teams that take a ton of penalties compared to teams that rarely get penalized?

And you can trust this... the NHL is the easiest and I said the easiest sport to bet on because of the high pluses that you can get.
A team is going to win by 1 goal it will be just as easy for them to win by 2.
Perhaps even easier because teams play different when they are down by 1 or 2 or up by 1 or 2 goals.

And they started pulling the goalie with 2 minutes to go a few years back when down by 1 compared to how they used to wait till the last minute.

And lastly, since the way points are now earned they play for the tie when all tied up with 8 minutes to go.
So when you see your game is tied up with about 10 minutes to go and you bet the Puck Line you can start to curse at your TV.
