I only posted this about a thousand times on this site but my wife is from Hong Kong.
She doesn't considered herself Chinese.
She says she is Hong Kong People or oddly enough she says she is English/British lol.
Anyways, she hates China... not Chinese People just the Chinese Government.
She speaks Cantonese.
She finally got naturalized a few years back.
I have to admit that ceremony was pretty cool with all the patriotism, I had to hold back my tears.
I keep telling her that she isn't from Hong Kong anymore... She is American!
