For the record, between Friday night, Sat night and this afternoon, I have played 15 hours of blackjack over this holiday weekend at higher levels than I used to, taking advantage of the crowded conditions (playing in the shadows of bigger players). I have racked up just over $3100 dollars in EV, which is pretty good for me, just over $200/hr which is almost twice what my average used to be. Unfortunately that has translated into an actual win of $137.50. (maybe someone should have warned me this town cheats on Holiday weekends. )

But that 137.50 is real money won, through real advantage play and that makes it more than any of Rob's fantasy claims or posts.

When did these forums just become a place for all this fantasy shit by people like Rob and the Mdog character, that everyone KNOWS is bullshit and these clowns repeatedly get caught in their bullshit stories and have to change them? And why do real players, AP's or otherwise that know better support this BS nonsense? I mean seriously when and why did this happen? When did we all leave the real world?

It was $3100 in EV, not 31k. And that is exactly the way blackjack card counting works sweetie. Sometimes you don't even come out $137 ahead but rather end up in the red for a short term play. THAT is what variance is all about. It is only these fantasy players telling stories these days that win big every time. That is one of the ways you know it is BS.

Listen Just because you can’t figure out a way to play higher or make more then 80k a year counting doesn’t mean others cant . There’s levels to everything, and some people don’t have the mental fortitude to succeed at higher levels. This is very common in the poker world. Not everyone can beat high stakes some pros will always be 2/5 or 5/10 grinders. Same goes for AP some of us are Just levels above. I wouldn’t even entertain this profession if the cap was 80k a year. Here you are years and years in still basically an amateur. Its actually pathetic and the reason people shit on you all over these boards, because you present yourself as an expert. There’s slot hustlers who make more then you easily. Hell I could make 80k a year picking up free shit listed on Facebook market place and reselling it literally on the Facebook market place. A hotdog cart vendor probably makes more,
