But yeah, I see a Jeffrey Toll is suing North and Bennett in Florida like you said, but there is no reference as to the nature of the claim being made.
I do see he is having trouble getting service, and is resorting to publication as to one or maybe both defendants.
Surprised to see the attorney you mentioned involved as he seems to be a bankruptcy specialist in Wash. D.C.
I of course am familiar with how comments made on these boards can wind up in court; years back there was a brou ha ha between antagonixts on a site I frequented.
