If it makes you feel any better I haven't bet his pick.
And I really don't like the style.
Not that you can't make money or that it isn't smart but it is revolved around hedging.
When I make a bet I expect it to win.
I don't make a bet so I can hedge my way out of it if it goes sideways down the road.
Just like I don't run it twice in Poker Games.
But I'm not a professional.
I haven't been in the book for awhile now.
My new love is the Yankees as I mentioned a few weeks ago.
I'm off the Dodger Train for now and the Reds are playing too good to target against them for the moment.
I'm focusing against the Tigers.

You might like this three teamer as you already have two of them in your tree.
But only about an hour to make the bet.
I don't like posting this late but at least it is before the first pitch.
Two OVERS.
Buccos/Braves OVER 9
Blue Jays/Tigers OVER 8.5
No matter how much you give or win the mob just eventually hates you, forgets you or does not remember your name correctly.
I was surprised that he was gonna coach again this year.
He must hate his family lol.

Thanks Monet.
Doesn't look like the Mets game is gonna go over tonight.
There were a couple of games today that are still bugging me.
One, being the Yanks/Cubs. Yes I got on the right side of the run line but I really like the over too.
There were two decent pitchers going but still the total seemed way too low at 8-8.5 . Low 70's, overcast with 26% rain. That's perfect hitting weather!
And damn if they didn't go for like 20 runs too. Did not get that bet down. Oh well. Greed.
The other one was Jays/Tigers.
Skubal being on the hill for Detroit kinda scared me off the Jays run line so I opted for the over. Bad mistake.
Jays raked and the the Tigers got shutout 6-0.
This one stung because I knew the lefty Skubal was gonna have to face eight right-handed bats, in a row, before facing the lone lefty bat.

Getting Late for me so I probably won't bet this 4 teamer.
I may go and bet the Dodgers and Giants Run Line.
ALL RUN LINE
Red Sox
Blue Jays
Dodgers
Giants
Yankees and Braves are so hot you can't imagine them losing today but I'm just too lazy to get up and run to the book.
Big road series for Cleveland. Nothing can put a team and a pitching staff on the skids faster than a road series in Colorado for a team that's not used to playing in Colorado. I would almost prefer Cleveland lose two out of three 2-1 games than win two out of three 9-7 games. I've seen team pitching staffs be discombobulated for two weeks after Colorado series. It's brutal on the pitchers and the manager can come out of the games looking like a complete ass.
No, I wasn't making a straight bet suggestion. I was just commenting on the Indians (sorry, Guardians) at +900 to win the division. We have a small but not insignificant amount on it, maybe three straight bet amounts combined. So these series mean something. The trick to making any money is for either the Twins to collapse or the White Sox to bomb out, the latter of which I find unlikely but one can always hope. Then you get it down to a two-team race and you just lock up a profit by betting the second team. Guardians pitching is shaky, so these games in Colorado could exhaust the pitching staff if they're not managed well, or if there's multiple extra inning games.
Every year, to get physically ready for the football season (which basically requires me to work round the clock), I do quite a bit of training. Well, with a 72 degree dewpoint at 11 PM last night, I skipped a workout, and I almost never do that this time of year. I feel like a wuss skipping it, but a man has to know his limitations. As a young man, I walked between six and seven miles every day in Las Vegas, which is no big deal as a any postman will tell you, so it bothers me I didn't go out just to jog a mile and a half last night. Getting soft. I need to rewatch The Punisher Netflix series a few times and toughen up.
