There is a difference between someone like The guy that posts as Rob Singer, who is not real, it is a made up character, of a government agent, ect who became a winning gambler, with the help of progressive betting, stop limits, special less optimal plays, machines talking to him and other such voodoo beliefs and members that are real people and players that us an alias on gambling forums for obvious reason.
You disparaging real players, regardless of them using an alias, and especially accusing them of criminality as you have done for weeks, I think the person could win legal action against you. I will leave it to the attorneys on the forum to weigh in. Now, I am not going to go that route, because I don't want the publicity and attention, but I do think your assumption here is incorrect.
