I skimmed over it a bit. Seems like he is likely a prepper who is getting into freeze drying and comparing costs to other types of food preservation? I barely watched it but didn't see anything weird?
Deep down inside Redietz is probably an ok guy who wears his heart on his sleeve. 5/16/24 he left us. Remember.
