Now THIS is the way to get back to having fun in Nevada after a fabulous trip to SF & Mendocino wine country with my wife! Yes I took a quick look at several other threads where arci continues to post his jealousy over me and where I'm obviously inside his head more than his problems are. But his weaseling out of his own challenge to me recently where he looked as weak and confused as ever, could have a LOT to do with his irritability. Oh well....
It was an exhausting trip, but I felt like going up to Harvey's in Tahoe to play my famous 25c thru $5 ARTT strategy on their new (which is the reason I chose Harvey's for my play this month) 8/5 BP & 9/6 DDBP machines. (They don't have SDBP or TBP+). I set a win-and-leave goal of $500. After losing $2000 with a cashout of only $45 in the first session and with just 2 Flushes, no straight and no FH's, the 2nd session had only a $10 cashout with 25 credits remaining again after just 2 Flushes/no straights/no FH's, when I hit yet another big winner this year. Negative game again? Yup! And did having a goal and a bankroll make any difference? Yup--I took $6000, which is enough to safely play 3 full losing sessions--and which has never happened.
Profit? Exactly $16,180, and no tip went to any of the floor people who hung around with small tip-talk chatting for 3 minutes after I was paid in cash. So while arci continues his boring and monotonous existence and while others debate whether or not I'm the best video poker player ever, the simple fact that I CONTINUE to make gobs of money in my post-professional playing days really says it all. I am the best ever. Period.
Oh, in case the envious choose to declare the photo is not mine AGAIN, I've included a picture of my left hand trying to give the thumbs-up. Anyone who's met me may recognize the dollar sign tattoo on the back of my hand just between my thumb and index finger. It has nothing to do with my having been a professional gambler. I got it after a "lucky" crash landing of an old Soviet cargo plane that I was analyzing its comms system on, in the blizzardy hills of Kazakhstan. Myself and the 3 Russians on the flight all got the same tattoo after we were rescued the following day.
