Here is all anyone really need to know. At WoV, many people are permanently banned. Most are for violations of a specific rule, usually personal insults which are related to a feud or ongoing argument between two or more members. I see only a couple people that were banned for "trolling" like coach belly. What that means is management just got tired of a person that contributes nothing ever and whose sole purpose is to troll and be disruptive.

Here, Dan Druff hasn't banned coach belly for trolling yet. But he has taken the extraordinary step of calling out coach belly by name (handle) as a troll and trolling. Druff did ban Blackhole for trolling and years of being disruptive, so there is still hope.
