News to me that Rob owns a home in Emery. That's how much I keep up with this stuff. I don't. But looks like a nice place.

If we go back far enough Rob went to South Dakota because it's the cheapest state in the country to register an RV. I found the RV park there and pics. It looks like a very nice place. If Rob bought a home there he must like the area. It certainly is a great small town in America. And the politics in SD are a little more amenable to Rob than Arizona is these days.

I think you guys are a little off on how much time Rob spends in Phoenix. Hell, it can hit 100 degrees in April. I think his time is more like 50-50.
