I did meet with the attorney this afternoon and signed a fee agreement and terms, so we are definitely going forward. He didn't say I couldn't talk about it, but I just feel like I shouldn't say too much, as I will likely say something I shouldn't.

I did learn that the security guard no longer is employed by the casino (and I am happy about that). That probably means they throw him under the bus and try to dis-associate themselves from his actions.
