Last night walked out of the casino with more money in my wallet than I'd walked in with, even though I lost.
I arrived with two one hundred dollar bills and a twenty, and left with four one dollar bills.

one of my fave old Twilight Zone episodes - "The Fever" - the guy freaks out on a slot machine - you can search YT and see the whole episode - 5 clips
then below that one is my 2nd fave - cheap hood Rocky gets gunned down by cops - his "Guide" grants him any wish he wants - "A Nice Place to Visit"
he gets it all - luxurious pad - 3 gorgeous sexy babes surround him - crushing casinos - wins $40K in an hour at roulette - he wins every time - then he gets sick of it all and wants to leave "Heaven"

Take comfort in the fact that no one is actually backing up his wishes to have you permanantly banned.
Smart is knowing a Tomato is a fruit.
Wise is knowing a Tomato doesn't belong in a fruit salad.
I am glad to get my full posting rights back! Thank you Dan!
Both great episodes, especially for gamblers.
Interestingly, Donald Trump has noted in the past that “A nice place to visit” was his favorite episode & also an inspiration for him to be successful. It also inspired his line “We are going to win so much you’ll get tired of winning”
Anyone that started as a degenerate & then ended up as an AP I think can really appreciate “A nice place to visit”
Its not that you get tired of winning (you don’t) but winning as a degenerate is a huge thrill in part because you beat the odds.
Winning as an AP, while fun, is not quite the same thrill since you are suppose to win & eventually as you continuously win long term the thrill becomes less & less & much more subdued than it was as a degenerate.
