By the way, since we are talking about Guy Pearce Movies, I forgot to mention this one.
The Count of Monte Cristo (2002)
Worth a viewing if you haven't seen it.
It has the guy who played Jesus and he says he doesn't believe in God which I found ironic.
But the Priests response is better... "It doesn't matter if you believe in God, He believes in you!"

Another great scene is where they find the treasure and his buddy says:
I'll go up to Paris, kill this guy for you, come back and we share the treasure.
How is this a bad plan??
